B. The Role:

We're looking for a driven **Executive, Ecommerce / Marketplace Operations** to manage and grow our B2B and B2C seller ecosystem while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be at the intersection of business growth, operations excellence, and customer success — directly impacting how thousands of MSMEs connect, transact, and thrive on our platform.

C. Key Responsibilities:

Seller Management & Growth

• Onboard, train, and activate new B2B and B2C sellers on the BIZTRADE marketplace

• Build strong relationships with sellers to drive product listings, quality improvements, and sales performance

• Conduct regular seller audits to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and quality standards

• Develop seller engagement programs, incentives, and retention strategies

• Analyze seller performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth

Customer Experience & Support

• Manage end-to-end customer journey — from inquiry to order fulfillment and post-purchase support

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and speed

• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and implement improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with logistics and payment partners to ensure smooth order processing

Marketplace Operations

• Oversee daily marketplace operations including order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment coordination

• Monitor and optimize key marketplace metrics: GMV, conversion rates, order fulfillment time, return rates

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve platform efficiency

• Collaborate with tech team to enhance platform features based on seller/customer feedback

Business Development & Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand product categories and seller segments

• Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) management and buyer-seller matchmaking

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketplace events

• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management

D. What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Experience: 0-1 years in ecommerce operations, marketplace management, customer success, or business development

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B and B2C marketplace dynamics (experience with Daraz, Chaldal, Alibaba, or similar platforms is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and relationship management skills (Bengali & English)

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Customer-centric approach with a passion for enabling small businesses
