KYNOVUS Inc. is a Japanese startup that supports Japanese companies in their global expansion.

We focus on building global customer touchpoints primarily through online channels, enabling Japanese businesses to enter overseas markets with small teams and low cost.

As our business continues to grow, we are currently recruiting operations members based in Dhaka who can handle tasks accurately and consistently as part of our team.

About This Role

This position focuses on:

  • Executing tasks accurately and consistently over time
  • Proper reporting, communication, and consultation (Ho-Ren-So)

This is not a short-term or one-off freelance assignment.

We are looking for someone who can support stable operations as a long-term team member.

This role is best suited for individuals who are strong at executing tasks without errors, rather than making independent judgments or improvising workflows.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operations and execution tasks related to B2B marketing.

  • Most tasks are performed according to predefined rules, procedures, and formats
  • High accuracy, consistency, and responsibility are required
  • Any unclear points must be confirmed before proceeding
  • Ambiguous or assumption-based work is not acceptable

  • Able to communicate properly through reporting, updates, and confirmations
  • Prefer stable, continuous work over fast-paced or ad-hoc tasks

  • Stable and reliable communication

Work Style & Future Opportunities

  • A short trial period is required
  • Initially, you will focus mainly on operational tasks

Depending on your performance, attitude, and interest,

there may be opportunities in the future to take on broader responsibilities or improvement-related work.

Dhaka Office

  • Opportunities for in-person work and training in Dhaka
  • In-person interviews and practical training are scheduled to take place in Dhaka in January 2026
