Scope of the role

• Content creation and curation: Drive content creation for all e-commerce content.
• Pre-consumer experience: Create and implement all relevant product info, descriptions and images on product pages.
• Post-purchase experience: Ensure good primary and secondary packaging and delivery, influence effective communication between consumers and platform customer care.

In summary, you'll be responsible to:

• Lead relationships with the catalogue, content, packaging, and customer care teams.
• Develop e-commerce content strategies to drive CVR.
• Supervise creative/graphics designers and agency creative teams and own all creative/content preparation and delivery for e-commerce.
• Maintain & archive all product content/ creatives of Reckitt and periodically update on e-commerce platforms.
• Research best content practices around the world and prepare local content i.e., product titles, descriptions, images, and videos accordingly.
• Coordinate with customer care teams of platforms to ensure 100% of questions asked by consumers are accurately answered within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with customer care teams of platforms to ensure 100% reviews are looked at, responded to where necessary, issues addressed & actions taken accordingly.
• Look at consumer reviews for quality issues and adverse events and inform the Reckitt quality team and DSO immediately.

The educational background & experience we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a reputed company in Creative Direction/ Design or UI/UX Design. Candidates with the mentioned experience from a Digital Marketing agency or E-commerce or FMCG or Technology company will be preferred.
• Experience and practical knowledge of Content Curation, UI/UX design, animation/ motion editing. Professional courses done in these fields will count as bonus points.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc. design software.
• Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills will work as bonus points.
• Strong literacy in computer & technology. Knowledge of any programming language will be preferred.
