Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Kushtia District. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, managing customer relations, and promoting bank products and services. Additional responsibilities include supervising and training staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, preparing reports, and assisting with strategic planning and implementation.

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Proficiency in using banking software and technology
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the banking sector is preferred
