Reliance Partners is a trusted BPO partner based in Dhaka, operating on New York business hours. We specialize in MLTC support, eligibility & enrollment, renewals, and customer service solutions — combining expertise, technology, and care to deliver exceptional service.

We are now looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and multitasking Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Details

Location: Banani, Dhaka–1213

Shift: Night (8:00 P.M. – 5:00 A.M.)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate confidently in both written and verbal English.
  • Prioritize and plan workloads efficiently to meet team goals and deadlines.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare timely and accurate reports.
  • Maintain data security through regular database backups.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to daily operations.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (or fresh graduate) from a recognized university.

Experience: No prior experience required — though experience in communication, public relations, or media is a plus.

Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.

Salary: Starting from 35,000 BDT+
