Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Gazipur. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring product quality by implementing and monitoring quality control processes, conducting quality audits, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Day-to-day tasks will include reviewing quality processes, conducting inspections, reporting on quality issues, and working closely with other departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
