Executive Assistant to Business Head

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Business Head.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and MIS as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely execution of decisions taken by the Business Head.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating business activities and projects.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Management (MBM)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Fluent in Hindi Speaking
