Billing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Coordinator to join our team at Dilligence Digital Ltd. In this role, you will support our U.S.-based healthcare clients by managing billing data, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely preparation of wages and disbursements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with numbers, and capable of handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibility
- Accurately enter billing-related data into the company's billing systems.
- Verify and cross-check wage and payment information for accuracy.
- Prepare biweekly wages and salary reports for review and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with internal billing procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, including scheduling and planning.
- Generate billing and payment-related reports for management as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive financial and operational data.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in billing and finance is an advantage, but not required.
Working Days & Hours
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
- Working hours may be adjusted in accordance with operational needs, including Daylight Saving Time changes in U.S.-based operations.
Additional Information
- Salary Range: BDT 25,000 to BDT 35,000 per month
