Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNF Executive/Officer to manage import and export shipments via airports and seaports. The role involves coordinating logistics, handling documentation, customs clearance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import and export shipments via airports and seaports
  • Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills
  • Liaise with customs authorities, port/airport officials, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, resolving logistical issues as they arise
  • Handle customs clearance, duties, and compliance with import/export regulations
  • Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with carriers for cost optimization
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and clearance procedures
  • Provide regular updates to clients and management regarding shipment status
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce,Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in CNF, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
  • Knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and customs regulations
  • Familiarity with air and sea cargo operationsStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
