**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team in the Asia and Pacific region. The successful candidate will provide analytical support to our team, conducting research, analysis, and operational work to inform our upstream and advisory engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or investment banking, management consulting, or other fast-paced, knowledge-intensive environments.

**Responsibilities**

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Preparing materials and supporting the drafting of concept notes, implementation plans, project supervision reports, and project completion reports.
  • Performing analytical work, including due diligence, resource budgeting, and pricing tool analysis, to inform the design and structure of upstream and advisory engagements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project proposals for clients.
  • Supporting the team with overall project management, planning, and monitoring of deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery of the work program.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountancy (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or investment banking, management consulting, or other fast-paced, knowledge-intensive environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses.
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze, and evaluate, forming independent judgments.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Commercially savvy with discretion concerning highly confidential/sensitive information.
  • Strong dedication to growth and alignment with the mission, strategy, and values of the International Finance Corporation.
