Chief of Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Executive

UNICEF is seeking a Chief of Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships to lead our resource mobilisation efforts in Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive resource mobilisation strategy, managing a team of three staff, and building partnerships with external partners and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a resource mobilisation strategy to support UNICEF's humanitarian priorities
• Build and maintain partnerships with external partners and donors
• Manage a team of three staff, including a P3 Donor Relations Specialist, a NOB Private Sector Fundraising Officer, and a GS7 Senior Programme Associate
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, including public and private sector donors
• Prepare and submit reports to donors and UNICEF headquarters

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Science, Public Relations, International Affairs or any other related field
• At least 8 years of work experience in resource mobilisation, partnership management, and donor relations
• Experience in coordinating multisector donor proposals and reports
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with excellent negotiating, communication, and advocacy skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English is required
