Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Leader to spearhead our business function across the organization.

This role requires someone who can drive digital transformation, champion process optimization, and guide clients through complex technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead and shape the business strategy, collaborate directly with senior leadership, and manage a global team of Business Analysts.

The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial acumen, solid technical background, and proven project management experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an intrapreneur who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and dive deep into technical details when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive digital transformation and process optimization.

  • Lead and manage a global team of Business Analysts to achieve business objectives.

  • Cultivate client relationships and contribute to commercial success.

  • Oversee multiple projects across the full project lifecycle, from strategy to implementation.

  • Drive and support long-term strategy and growth for the Business department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 8+ years industry experience, including working with a software engineering team.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience handling client contracts and commercials.

  • Solid technical background and understanding of software development and web technologies.

  • Proven project management experience and familiarity with Project Management Software.

  • Strong understanding of SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking skills.

  • Passion for project management and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in technology consulting or client-facing delivery roles.

  • Strong understanding of interactive web technologies and modern software architectures.

  • Familiarity with QA processes, testing strategies, and automation frameworks.

  • Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and manage organizational change.

  • Prior experience in building and scaling Business Analysis practices or digital transformation teams.
