The Franchise Manager will oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, and adherence to company standards.

include monitoring franchise performance, implementing strategic business plans, building strong franchisee relationships, and providing support to maximize profitability. - Experience in business management, franchise development, or retail operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building with franchisees and internal stakeholders
- Skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and operational planning
- Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership
- Flexibility to travel to oversee franchise operations within the assigned region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting software
- Relevant education background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in similar roles or industries, especially in the retail or consumer products sector, is an advantage
