Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead client acquisition, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze & technically explain Fire Safety Related products like Fire Detection, Protection & Hydrant system to existing & new customers for generating enquiry from RMG & Corporate Clients.
- Plotting & planning for regular sales of LED Light, Lighting Protection System, and Earthing System from all kind of customers.
- Ability to maintain existing customers & create new customers for Electrical & Fire Consultancy related works.
- Ability to achieve fixed sales target.
- Writing reports, promoting brands and following the instructions of line manager
- Need Minimum Knowledge of BNBC & NFPA CODE.
- Direct the team's focus and motivate sales team.
- Site visit, negotiating with clients. Educational Requirements
- Graduation in Any Discipline (Marketing is preferable).
- Engineering Background will get Advantage. Experience & Skill
- 02 (Two) or more years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Job
