Job Description
/ Responsibility A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments Industry is looking for potential candidate for the position of Executive Director (Marketing & Operation). Prime Job Location for the position is at factory, Gazipur and Dhaka. Frequent Buyer/ Buying House visit is also required for order procuring. The factory is having Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing (120 Lines), Printing, Embroidery & Washing facilities and exporting 3.0 – 3.5 million pieces garments in each month.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall activities of Marketing & Merchandising department, make effective buyer communication and ensure timely shipment of goods as per schedules.
- The candidate also have to manage the overall operational activities of the factory wherever required. He will coordinate the activities related to planning, supply chain and production (knitting, dyeing, garments cutting, sewing, packing, printing, embroidery, washing etc.) in connection with timely shipment of the garments. Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- BSc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed University. Highly qualified candidates from other educational discipline are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills Required: Production/ Operation Management, Marketing, Garments Merchandising Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile Additional Requirements
- Candidates having minimum 15 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Operational activities in large knit composite Garment Industry are only encouraged to apply.
- Should have proven leadership & coordination skills
- Should have capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
- Should have thorough knowledge on each & every production process and capable to manage all factory operations effectively
- Should be self-motivated and result oriented
