- IT & MIS is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure, MIS & Reporting, ERP systems . This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure modules are aligned with business processes and ensuring data security, network performance, and system reliability. Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
- IT Infrastructure & Operations:
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems across offices and factory locations.
- Manage CCTV, access control, biometric attendance, and other technology-based security systems.
- Oversee IT asset management, software licensing, maintenance, and technical support.
- Develop IT policies, standard operating procedures, and preventive maintenance plans.
- ERP & Business Application Management:
- Lead ERP implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, software developers, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Ensure proper ERP utilization across departments, including HR, Accounts, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Monitor system transactions and ensure business processes are executed through approved digital workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce Excel-based or paper-based operations.
- Manage application access, user roles, approval workflows, and system change requests.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance indicators.
