- Assist in supervising technical personnel and ensuring 24-hour manpower coverage.
- Assist in the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments for smooth plant operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical faults, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, ISO forms, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly duty rosters for operators and technical personnel.
- Maintain inventory of mechanical tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials and prepare requisitions as required.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Assist in project work whenever plant modification required.
- Ability to work under pressure whenever needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management or the concerned supervisor. Requirements
