We are an AI-powered career platform that connects talent with verified employers and brings the whole career journey into one place through five business areas:
- Job Board: AI-matched career portal and job marketplace
- Recruitment and Headhunting: talent and executive hiring

- Corporate Training (LearningLab): closing the industry skill gap Our brand voice is "Digital Boro Bhai": a trusted elder brother who explains things simply and guides people without pressure. This voice is the brief for everything you will design. The Role We are hiring a full-stack Graphic Designer who can lead every part of our visual identity across digital, motion and print. This role is not about designing single logos or posters. You will own a daily, multi-platform creative engine for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp, along with important offline and event materials. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role in a growing AI-powered career platform. You will turn employment updates, market data and jobseeker challenges, such as first-job anxiety and fear of job scams, into clear, engaging and easy-to-read designs in both Bangla and English. Core Responsibilities 1. Brand Governance and Visual Identity
- Maintain, develop and protect the nextjobz visual identity, including typography (with a focus on Bangla readability), colour system and logo usage.
- Build and manage a reusable template library in Figma, Canva and Illustrator, so the wider team can produce consistent, on-brand creatives every day.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal, external and corporate communication. 2. Platform-Native Digital and Social Creative
- Design daily Facebook creatives with a Bangla-first and video-first approach.
- Create native vertical content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, designed for each platform rather than reused from other channels.
- Produce professional English static posts for LinkedIn, aimed at employers and senior professionals.
- Create local, shareable content such as WhatsApp forward cards, sticker packs and "chakri news" infographics for family groups.
- Design YouTube and TikTok thumbnails, lower-thirds and end-cards that improve clicks and engagement. 3. Print, Offline and Corporate Production
- Design large-format marketing materials, including billboards, festoons, pull-up banners, backdrops and standees.
- Design corporate stationery, employer branding kits and event mementos, such as visiting cards, ID cards and custom merchandise.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files with correct bleed, CMYK colour profiles, resolution and die-lines, and check final artwork with printing vendors. 4. Motion Graphics, Data Visualisation and Digital Support
- Create light motion graphics, simple UI animations and GIFs for social media using After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Turn market data into simple charts and infographics (such as the Nextjobz Index) that are easy for every audience to understand.
- Support digital needs, including app-store graphics, email newsletter layouts and website banners. Your First 90 Days
- Days 1 to 30: Learn the brand guidelines and the "Digital Boro Bhai" voice, and deliver daily posts using existing templates.
- Days 31 to 60: Build reusable templates for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp etc.
- Days 61 to 90: Take ownership of the brand kit, deliver at least one print or event project from start to finish, and meet the expected weekly design output. Qualifications and Skill Requirements Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator: Expert level.
- Figma and Adobe InDesign: Strong working skills for digital assets and multi-page print layouts.
- Bangla and English typography: Confident and accurate typesetting in both languages, including correct Bangla conjuncts, font pairing, spacing and line breaks. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Print and prepress: Good knowledge of commercial printing standards, including CMYK workflow and resolution, with familiarity in CorelDRAW for local print houses.
- Speed tools: Ability to use Canva and template systems for fast team handoffs. Experience and Mindset
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced design role at an agency, digital media company or consumer brand.
- A portfolio that shows platform-native work, with a clear difference between a Facebook card, a TikTok vertical and a LinkedIn post.
- Ability to design for a mobile-first, low-literacy audience using high contrast, clear text and simple icons.
- Strong ability to meet daily deadlines without reducing quality.
- Excellent Bangla and good working English. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Proven results in improving video performance through thumbnails and motion graphics.
- Experience with recruitment, ed-tech, marketplace or mass-consumer brands.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Multimedia. An exceptional portfolio will be valued more than formal qualifications.
