Job Description
/ Responsibility Job Context: Green Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-driven Manager – Sales (Real Estate) to lead the Sales Team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive direct and corporate property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve the company’s revenue and sales targets. Job

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, train, and manage the Sales Team through KPI monitoring.
- Drive direct and corporate sales of all property projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and brokers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, consultations, and site visits.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and CRM updates.
- Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and coordinate payment collection.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, budgets, proposals, and performance reports.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, communications, and sales documents.
- Perform other sales and business-development duties assigned by management Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: MS Office, Customer Relationship, Presentation skill, CRM Software, result oriented, Communication and interpersonal skill, Strategic Sales Planning, Analytical Skill, Time Management and Prioritization Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
