Its work spans financial services, agriculture, climate, supply chains, digital identity, tokenization, and public-sector digital transformation. Starting in Bangladesh, Chainomation supports innovation across South Asia, the Middle East, and global markets through its TrustOS platform, which unifies verified record-keeping, trade and document verification, and supply-chain verification under a single enterprise integration layer. The company collaborates with organizations in fintech, mobile financial services, trade and export finance, remittance, logistics, and freight to reduce real-world friction with automated, verifiable settlement layers. Role Description The Web3 Intern will support product, engineering, and research teams in exploring and implementing blockchain-based infrastructure solutions. This full-time role is on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and involves assisting with smart contract prototyping, testing decentralized oracle integrations, and documenting technical workflows related to Chainlink and other Web3 tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching Web3 trends and use cases, drafting clear technical and non-technical materials, helping prepare demos and proof-of-concept projects, and contributing to data analysis or basic scripting tasks. The intern will collaborate with mentors on experiments involving AI agents, tokenization, digital identity, and supply-chain verification, while participating in internal meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-functional project work. Qualifications
• Foundational understanding or strong interest in blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized oracle networks, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Basic skills in programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Solidity) and familiarity with APIs or integration concepts.
• Ability to conduct structured research, synthesize complex technical topics, and present findings clearly in written and visual formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in testing, documentation, and data handling.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and learn from feedback.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI, data verification, digital identity, tokenization, or financial technology is highly beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a willingness to engage in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
