Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202666309 Responsibilities & Context WeDesign Studio is looking for a talented and motivated Associate Architect to join our Exterior Design Team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and development of residential, commercial, and real estate projects from concept development through technical documentation and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Architectural Design & Development: Assist in developing innovative and contextually appropriate architectural design concepts for exterior and building projects.
• Technical Drawing & Design Execution: Prepare, develop, and review architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, façade details, and other technical documentation.
• 3D Design & Visualization: Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software to develop architectural models, presentation materials, and design graphics.
• Façade & Exterior Design: Contribute to façade development, material selection, exterior detailing, and overall architectural expression.
• Construction Detailing: Develop accurate architectural and construction detail drawings to support smooth on-site execution.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Authority Approval Management: Review and revise drawings as required to ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations and approval requirements.
• Handover Documentation: Prepare and update as-built and modification drawings required for project handover documentation.
• Site Coordination: Support the project team in resolving design and technical issues during construction and implementation. Requirements
