Deployment Strategist

Role Description The Deployment Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for planning and managing the rollout of AI-powered solutions for clients. This position involves collaborating with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to design deployment strategies, define implementation roadmaps, and ensure smooth integration into customer environments. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client workflows, translating business requirements into technical deployment plans, coordinating testing and validation, and monitoring performance after launch to recommend improvements. The role also includes preparing documentation, guiding stakeholders through adoption, and helping identify new opportunities to extend platform capabilities within client organizations. Qualifications
• Experience in solution deployment, implementation management, or technical program management in a technology or AI-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map complex business processes to technical solutions and deployment plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and client teams.
• Understanding of data governance, information security, and responsible AI practices, or a strong willingness to learn these domains.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Prior experience with enterprise software, automation platforms, or data-centric products is an advantage.
