Key Responsibilities
• Develop course outlines with clear, measurable learning outcomes.
• Prepare presentation slides, practical demonstrations, case studies, and learning resources.
• Deliver engaging sessions appropriate to learners’ backgrounds and skill levels.
• Design hands-on exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support learners in applying their skills.
• Collaborate with the Thriving Skills team on course quality, scheduling, and delivery.
• Keep training content accurate, relevant, and up to date. Qualifications & Skills
• Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in at least one listed training area.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Confidence delivering training in Bangla, with appropriate use of English terminology and resources.
• Ability to create structured, practical learning materials.
• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to agreed timelines.
• Preferred Experience
• Teaching, corporate training, workshop facilitation, or online course delivery.
• Developing curricula, assessments, or educational content.
• Using digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
