Department: Product & Technology Reports To: CTO About Lyxa: Lyxa is a technology-driven marketplace platform transforming how people discover, order, and receive everyday products and services. We are building Lebanon’s next-generation lifestyle platform across food, groceries, retail, wellness, and more. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape exceptional digital experiences for our users. Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end product design process at Lyxa. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with product thinking, user research, and a deep understanding of creating intuitive digital experiences. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to design solutions that improve user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead UX strategy and improve user journeys across Lyxa’s platforms. ● Design modern, user-friendly mobile-first interfaces for iOS and Android. ● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. ● Build and maintain Lyxa’s design system, components, and UI guidelines. ● Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective product solutions. ● Optimize product experiences to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. ● Stay updated with UI/UX trends, interaction design, and AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields. ● 5+ years of UI/UX design experience. ● Strong portfolio showcasing mobile product design. ● Experience designing complex consumer applications. ● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. ● Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and interaction design. ● Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
