About Us
We are Pepoltek, an IT company based in Dhaka building a portfolio of SaaS products used across education, HR, and enterprise operations, including BIDYATek, a school management platform for institutions across Bangladesh, our Intelligent HR Solution, a cloud-based HRMS used by growing companies, and an Enterprise ERP suite for supply chain and financial operations. We are leading the build-out of an operations function to run hostel and residential operations and drive operational performance education business. The Role We're looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee hostel operations and keep day-to-day administration running smoothly, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll turn management decisions and organizational plans into timely execution, aligned with our vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

What You'll Do
• Run hostel operations: oversee and manage hostel operations, ensuring quality services and smooth day-to-day administration
• Own strategy, policy, and execution: develop, implement, and improve operational strategies, policies, and SOPs, aligned with business vision, mission, and strategic objectives, ensuring timely execution of plans, projects, and management decisions
• Drive performance and process improvement: monitor operational performance, resource utilization, productivity, and cost efficiency, and close gaps in systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows
• Report to the CEO and coordinate with Department Heads: prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and strategic updates for the CEO, and work with Department Heads to resolve operational challenges
• Support growth and manage risk: support organizational expansion, business scaling, and transformation initiatives, and identify operational risks with preventive and corrective measures
• Manage external relationships: maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in Operations or Organizational Management
• Hostel or residential facility management experience highly preferred
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and operational management
