Role Description: The Project Manager (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept through completion. This role includes coordinating with designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to align scope, schedule, and budget, and to ensure that interior specifications, materials, and finishes are implemented as planned. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, monitor site progress, handle documentation, and resolve issues that arise during design development and construction. Daily tasks involve conducting site visits, tracking approvals, supervising quality of workmanship, managing procurement and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires proactive communication, detailed follow-up, and consistent reporting to senior leadership and clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect in Interior Project Management (field experience mandatory). Strong Knowledge of Interior construction, site execution and material application. Ability to manage site teams, vendors, and contractors efficiently. Excellent communication and client handling skills. Knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimation and cost control. Proficient in preparing Estimation and BOQ. Problem solving ability and strong decision making skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Technical

2D AutoCAD (Basic) 3D SketchUp (Basic) 3D Rendering & Visualization: D5 Render, Lumion Adobe Photoshop (Basic to Advance) Adobe Illustrator (Basic) Good Presentation and design communication skills.
