• Maintain strong controls over fund availability and daily settlements, including assisted partners Bank settlements, while managing risks arising from core-system downtime.
• Ensure daily and monthly reconciliation of Treasury Operations activities and reporting in Oracle in compliance with established processes and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
• Lead treasury operational onboarding and feasibility assessments for existing and new service modality from Treasury perspective.
• Review and update Treasury operational processes and Oracle modules and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO standards.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, support ISO 27001 compliance, and manage ad hoc regulatory reporting and responses to Bangladesh Bank.
• Review service agreements, legal drafts, and Notes for Approval (NFA) in coordination with Legal, Commercial, Product & Technology, and other relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Business Finance, Commercial, Product & Technology, and Regulatory & External Affairs on operational issues, financial services, assisted partner settlements, reporting, regulatory requirements, and new product implementation.
• Coordinate with banks on operational issues, UAT for new products and services, dispute settlement, and fund settlement.
• Coordinate with MNOs and middleware partners on daily funding modality and assisted partner settlement-related matters as per agreed process.
• Support regulatory inspections, responses, reporting to Bangladesh Bank, and proposal submissions as required.
• Facilitate Treasury-related activities for external audits in line with management expectations. Requirements
