Role Description The Seeking Angel & VC Investors role at Inymize is a full-time hybrid position based in Dhaka, with some flexibility for remote work. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with angel investors and venture capital firms interested in the gaming and e-sports sector. Day-to-day activities include researching potential investors, preparing pitch decks and investment materials, coordinating meetings, and presenting Inymize’s growth plans and financial projections. The individual will collaborate closely with leadership to refine fundraising strategies, negotiate terms, and support due diligence processes. This role also involves tracking investor communications, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, and sharing market insights to inform business and expansion decisions. Qualifications
• Strong skills in investor relations, fundraising, and relationship management, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and developing business plans or investment models suitable for angel and VC audiences.
• Knowledge of venture capital, startup financing, and term sheet structures, ideally within technology, gaming, or digital media sectors.
• Proficiency in preparing professional pitch decks, presentations, and written investment materials tailored to different investor profiles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bangla is an advantage.
• Demonstrated networking skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience in fundraising or investment roles is a plus.
• Interest in gaming, e-sports, and digital entertainment, with an understanding of relevant market trends in Bangladesh and globally.
