Negotiable based on experience and qualifications About the Position We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Japanese Language Teacher to join our institute in Dhaka. The teacher will be responsible for teaching JLPT N5 and N4 level Japanese to Bangladeshi students who are preparing to pursue higher education and career opportunities in Japan. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching Japanese, able to communicate effectively with Bangladeshi students, and capable of creating an engaging and disciplined learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language classes for N5 and N4 levels. Prepare students for JLPT N5/N4 and other relevant Japanese language examinations. Develop lesson plans, classroom materials, assignments, and practice exercises. Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and conversation. Conduct regular tests, assessments, and mock examinations. Monitor individual student progress and provide necessary guidance. Help students develop practical Japanese communication skills for living and studying in Japan. Provide guidance on Japanese culture, etiquette, and communication practices where relevant. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Coordinate with the academic/management team regarding student progress. Participate in orientation sessions, seminars, and student counseling activities when required. Candidate Requirements JLPT N4 or N3 certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and communication. Previous experience teaching N5/N4 students will be highly preferred. Japanese language teaching certification/training will be an advantage. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain Japanese language concepts clearly to Bangladeshi students. Responsible, punctual, patient, and student-friendly. Basic English communication skills are preferred. Candidates with experience in Japanese language institutes or student consultancy/education sectors will receive preference.
