• Role: Senior Client Relationship Officer

Salary:
BDT 18,000 – 35,000 / month (based on skills & experience)
• Work Week: 6 days
•
Experience:
2–3 years in client servicing, B2B support, or SaaS.
• (Smart, energetic fresh graduates with great communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply) What We Are Looking For
• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable recording short video walkthroughs, product updates, and demo reels for social media and client groups.
• Clear Communication: Fluent in Bangla and English, with the ability to explain simple software steps to workshop owners.
• Client Care: Patient, friendly, and proactive in solving client issues. What You Will Do
• Train new garage and workshop owners on how to use Vehicles Lab.
• Create short, engaging video walkthroughs and explainers for social media.
• Stay in touch with active users, answer queries, and keep clients happy.
