• Manage daily inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, storing, and distributing materials.
• Handle construction materials such as rod, cement, bricks, sand, stone, pipes, and other building materials.
• Verify material quantities against purchase orders, challans, and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP software and MS Excel.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and other inventory documents.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for farm construction and operations.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
• Ensure proper storage and minimize material loss, damage, and wastage.
• Maintain records of materials issued to construction sites and different departments.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Engineering, and Construction teams. Requirements
