Senior Service Engineer – Pharmaceutical Machinery

Job Title: Senior Service Engineer – Pharmaceutical Machinery Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Talent Centric are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical machinery at customer factories. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PLC programming, electrical and electronic components, and pharmaceutical production processes, with the ability to work independently at customer sites across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and commission pharmaceutical machinery at customer factories.
• Independently attend to and resolve customer complaints related to supplied pharmaceutical machinery.
• Provide regular after-sales service and technical support to customers.
• Assist the Sales Team during technical discussions with customers.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key customer personnel related to after-sales service.
• Travel to different locations in Bangladesh for machinery installation, commissioning, and servicing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in installation, commissioning, or servicing of pharmaceutical machinery at customer factories.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and electrical & electronic devices and components.
• Ability to understand and work with pharmaceutical industry production processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform service-related work independently.
• Willingness and ability to stay at customer factories located in different parts of Bangladesh when required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Educational Requirements
