• Lead operations, work study, line balancing, SMV development, capacity planning, productivity monitoring and efficiency improvement across production processes.
• Drive method improvement, manpower optimization, layout optimization, bottleneck reduction, waste elimination and Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, capacity and performance KPIs, provide data-driven insights to management and collaborate with Production, QA, Planning, Merchandising and HR to achieve production and delivery targets. Requirements
