Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202676289 Job Context Lucerne Cocoa & Chocolate Products Ltd. is looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
- Production to ensure efficient production operations, product quality, food safety, and compliance with established manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets and meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, utilities, and other production resources while controlling operational costs.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency, process efficiency, and compliance with approved product specifications.
• Ensure effective implementation of HACCP, Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and applicable food safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance & Engineering, Supply Chain, Store/Inventory, R&D, and HR & Administration to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs), minimize wastage and downtime, optimize man-hours, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production reports, batch manufacturing records, material consumption records, downtime reports, and other operational documentation.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate production personnel to improve productivity, discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
• Identify production bottlenecks, investigate operational issues, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approved SOPs, workplace safety requirements, equipment operating procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor production yield, rejection rates, material consumption, and manufacturing costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic production reports, analyze performance against targets, and recommend improvement plans to management. Requirements
