Key Responsibilities
Organization Development & Design
• Support the design and execution of OD strategies aligned with business goals
• Assist in organizational structure reviews, job analysis, and role clarity exercises Performance Management
• Administer and improve the performance management system/cycle
• Support goal-setting (KPI), mid-year and annual appraisal processes
• Analyze performance data and prepare actionable insights for leadership Talent & Succession Planning
• Support talent review processes and identification of high-potential employees
• Assist in building succession plans for critical roles Learning & Change Management
• Facilitate workshops, training need analyses, and OD interventions Policy & Process Development
• Draft & update HR policies, SOPs, and competency frameworks
• Benchmark organizational practices against industry standards
• Support job evaluation and grading exercises Data & Reporting
• Maintain OD dashboards/Database.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management Requirements
