1. Civil Engineer (1 Position)

Experience:
3–5 years

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts and designs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Prepare road, drainage, earthwork and other infrastructure design drawings.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements and technical inspections.
• Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, surveyors and other technical professionals.
• Provide technical support for project implementation and construction supervision. 2. Architect (1 Position)

Fresh Graduate – 2 years

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
• Assist in preparation of 3D models, presentations and visualization.

• Support preparation of master plans, development plans and planning reports.
• Conduct field surveys and coordinate GIS, survey and planning activities.
• Prepare professional maps and visualizations for technical reports and presentations. 4. Business Development Engineer (1 Position)

Relevant experience in business development, preferably in an engineering consultancy firm

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new engineering consultancy and infrastructure project opportunities.
• Monitor government, donor-funded and private-sector EOIs, tenders and RFPs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, development partners and consulting firms.
• Lead coordination for preparation of EOIs, technical and financial proposals.
• Develop partnerships with local and international consulting firms, JV partners and sub-consultants.
• Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events and business development activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals and project approaches.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support business conversion and contract acquisition. Common
