Full-Time Workplace Type: On-Site Job ID: IJOB202671505 We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager – Admin, HR & Compliance to oversee HR operations, administrative activities, employee welfare, compliance management, and organizational development initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, administrative controls, labor law requirements, and internal compliance systems. The role will also support management in maintaining workplace discipline, audit readiness, employee development, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
HR Management & Recruitment
• Supervise end-to-end recruitment in line with approved manpower plans and budgets.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure accuracy of HR documentation, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, increment, disciplinary action, and final settlement.
• Maintain employee records through HRIS/ERP and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee database activities.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce stability. Training & Organizational Development
• Lead the overall Training & Development function.
• Prepare annual training plans based on business requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
• Organize internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training matrices, records, and evaluation reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness.
• Support Organizational Development (OD), succession planning, talent development, performance culture, and change management initiatives. Policy, Culture & Governance
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Promote corporate values, ethics, discipline, and a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain updated HR policies, SOP registers, and related documentation.
• Monitor organogram and position control.
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure policy adherence.
• Prepare and issue official circulars, office orders, and internal communications. Administration & Facilities
• Oversee administrative operations including security, transport, canteen, facilities, and employee welfare.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and a professional workplace environment.
• Monitor vendor and service-provider performance.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of office assets and facilities.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized workplace. Compliance & Audit
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor statutory licenses and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for internal, external, and buyer audits.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness.
• Monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and follow up for timely closure.
• Support labor-related documentation, legal matters, and regulatory inspections. Reporting & Management Support
• Prepare monthly HR, Admin & Compliance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor recruitment, training, compliance, audit readiness, and administrative performance.
• Provide management with relevant HR and administrative insights.
• Ensure timely execution and follow-up of management directives.
• Act as a key support to the Head of Department and take responsibility for departmental operations during the HOD's absence. Requirements

Education:
MBA / BBA in Human Resource Management, Management, or a relevant discipline
