The company values individuals who can contribute to streamlined production and continuous improvement. Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position oversees day-to-day production activities, including planning and scheduling, supervising production staff, and ensuring machinery and equipment are used safely and efficiently. The role is responsible for meeting production targets, monitoring quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and material shortages. The Production Manager will track performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant safety regulations. This role also involves collaborating with leadership to support cost-effective operations and timely delivery of products. Qualifications
• Experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in a manufacturing or machinery-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate production staff.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery operations, basic maintenance coordination, and safety standards in a factory or workshop setting.
• Capability to monitor quality, analyze production data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in using production-related documentation and software tools for reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
• Relevant educational background in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
