• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production. Production Planning
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets. Monitor Production Performance
• Monitor production efficiency, output, wastage, yield, machine downtime, and take necessary actions to improve performance. Ensure Product Quality
• Work closely with the Quality and R&D teams to maintain product quality and ensure cables meet the required standards. Team Management
• Manage production staff and ensure proper manpower utilization and productivity. Material & Supply Coordination
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure the required raw materials and components are available on time. Machine & Equipment
• Monitor machines and equipment to reduce breakdowns and production delays. Material & Cost Control
• Control raw material usage and minimize wastage and unnecessary production costs. Safety & Discipline
• Maintain proper safety, discipline and cleanliness throughout the production area. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare production reports and coordinate with other departments for smooth factory operations. Requirements
