Company Description Mangrove Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) is a government-approved private polytechnic institute in Bangladesh, dedicated to excellence in technical and engineering education since 2005. Role Description The Education Professional will support high-quality teaching and learning across diploma and training programs at MIST. This full-time, on-site role based in Khalishpur Thana includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, mentoring students, and assessing academic performance. Daily responsibilities involve preparing instructional materials, facilitating laboratory or practical sessions, and ensuring alignment with institutional curriculum and standards. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives, providing academic advising and support, and participating in professional development and institutional events to enhance the overall educational experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience in delivering technical or vocational curricula.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support students, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training experience, including designing and facilitating workshops, practical sessions, or short courses.
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field, are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment and adapt to evolving technologies and teaching methods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
