Role Description The Spain-Focused Education Counsellors & Independent Recruitment Agencies role is a contract position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a hybrid work model that allows a mix of office and work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include counselling students on study opportunities in Spain, guiding them through application processes, and advising on suitable programs and institutions. The role involves coordinating with Spanish universities and partner agencies, organising information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student profiles and progress. The position also requires providing scholarship and visa guidance, conducting follow-up consultations, and contributing to outreach efforts to build and sustain a strong pipeline of Spain-focused student recruitment. Collaboration with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality student support and compliance with institutional requirements is a key part of this role. Qualifications
• Ability to deliver high-quality Educational Consulting and Education guidance tailored to Spain-focused study pathways.
• Strong Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills to support learners in making informed academic and professional decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
• Experience working with international admissions, scholarship processes, or visa support for students.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced study or certification in counselling or education is a plus.
• Familiarity with Spanish higher education systems and institutions, or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate, confidential student records.
• Previous experience with recruitment agencies, educational consultancies, or international student advising is highly beneficial.
