Role Description The Master Photographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. This role involves planning and executing high-quality photo shoots of business locations, interiors, products, and services to optimize their visual presence on Google Maps. The Master Photographer will capture and edit images that meet brand and technical standards, ensuring accurate representation of each client’s business. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, scouting locations, maintaining photography equipment, organizing and backing up digital assets, and collaborating with the marketing and mapping teams to align visuals with local SEO strategies. The role also includes reviewing image performance, refining techniques based on analytics, and maintaining a consistent, professional visual style across projects. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in professional photography, including composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or comparable software.
• Experience with location-based or commercial photography, especially for business premises and interiors.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, Google Maps listings, and basic local SEO concepts related to visual content.
• Ability to manage on-site shoots independently, including planning, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in handling and archiving large volumes of digital files.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working on-site in various environments across Dhaka and adapting to changing schedules.
• Prior experience in commercial, architectural, or real estate photography is highly beneficial.
• Relevant training or education in photography, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
