The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, customer communication and the travel & tourism industry. Responsibilities & Context Marketing & Promotion
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Promote domestic and international tour packages.
• Manage online marketing activities and social media promotions.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business leads and convert potential customers into clients.
• Promote air ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking and tour packages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets. Customer Relationship Management
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate travel solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure professional customer service and customer satisfaction. Market Research & Reporting
• Research market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Submit regular updates to management. Office & Field Activities
• Attend client meetings and business development activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by management. Additional Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of online and offline marketing.
• Ability to write professional emails.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Facebook marketing and social media promotion.
• Ability to communicate with clients professionally.
• Smart personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Educational Requirements
• Minimum HSC / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Candidates with relevant professional experience will be given preference. Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development will be an advantage. Workplace
• Office-based work and field visits when required.
• Workstation: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
