Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202671963 Job Context Halda Valley Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Executive – Modern Trade. The candidate will be responsible for managing Modern Trade operations, achieving sales and collection targets, developing key account relationships, ensuring product visibility and availability, monitoring outlet performance, and supervising Brand Promoters (BPs). Major Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for modern trade channels.
• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure product listing, proper shelf placement, visibility, and planogram execution.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and branding activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock-outs across all outlets.
• Analyze sales data, track outlet-wise performance, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct daily market visits to monitor execution and competitor activities.
• Supervise and manage Brand Promoter (BP) and ensure alignment with sales targets and company objectives. Requirements
