• Implement Intelactory at client factories: process mapping, configuration, data setup, go-live and adoption
• Drive digital transformation from manual, paper-based IE and production tracking to connected, AI-driven operations
• Set up hourly endline capture, line efficiency, SMV/SAM, OEE, capacity and downtime tracking in the system
• Use AI-driven insights and early warnings to improve productivity, quality and on-time delivery
• Conduct time studies, line balancing and capacity studies; apply Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement
• Train factory users and management, and present measurable improvement results
• Share field feedback with our product and AI teams to shape the Industry 5.0 roadmap Requirements
• B.
Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations excellence in RMG or textile manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SMV, GSD, line balancing, Lean tools and OEE
• Interest in digital transformation, ERP/MES systems, data and AI
• Good Excel and data analysis skills; system implementation experience is a plus
• Clear communication in Bangla and English; willing to visit factories
