Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202646140 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the Utility Department at the 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Factory. Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur. Manage and supervise all utility operations, including boiler, generator, compressor, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems. Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, steam, compressed air, water, and other utilities for production. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead and develop utility team members to achieve operational excellence. Prepare utility budgets, maintenance schedules, and performance reports. Coordinate with production and engineering departments to support factory operations. Manage spare parts inventory and utility-related service contracts. Respond to utility breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime. Any other tasks as assigned by the management. Requirements

bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
