Job Responsibilities:

• Creative product development for the assigned product line by preparing proper samples aligned with themes, brand perception, costing guidelines, and timelines.
• Contribute to yearly design planning by making themes, related mood boards, storyboards, color charts, presentations.
• Monitor sales status to ensure future needs and demand of the customers and own work development.
• Contribute to sales for target achievement.
• Visit Ayesha Abed Foundation and IP production centers for sampling.
• Continuously learn and implement the capacities and skills of Ayesha Abed Foundation and IP.
• Assist in using trim and accessories stock in processing store and timely credit clearance.
• Giving approvals for pre-production samples and delivery samples following the fixed system.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Fashion Design/Product Design/Textile Design or Fine Arts) from any reputed university.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fashion/Product design in commercial organization.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Design-related computer software skills.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, embroidery, dyeing, and printing techniques.
• Ability to clearly imagine and develop creative designs.
• Expertise in fashion forecasting and staying updated with industry trends.
• Deep understanding of fashion, style, color, technical aspects, art and craft.
