RCA Auditor (Root Cause Analysis Auditor)

Job Description / Responsibility

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct
  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  for repeated or critical non-compliances
• Analyze
  system failures
  , not just symptoms
• Evaluate effectiveness of
  Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Verify sustainability of corrective actions at factory level
• Work closely with compliance auditors and factory management

Reporting

• Prepare
  RCA reports
  with clear cause–effect relationships
• Recommend
  practical and sustainable corrective actions
• Support brands / clients in risk reduction and continuous improvement

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management / Social Science or equivalent
• RCA / Problem-solving training (5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA – preferred)

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in compliance, quality, or audit-related roles
• Practical experience in root cause analysis & corrective action verification

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of management systems
• Ability to link non-compliances with policy, training, or system gaps
• Competence in documentation review and evidence verification

General Requirements

• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, audit systems/portals)
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical auditing practices
• Willingness to travel extensively (The employee will be required to travel to factories across Bangladesh as needed)

Preferred:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with reputed 3rd party inspection / audit organizations, having hands-on working experience with France-based customers' factories and brands (e.g., PROMOD, Oxbow or other French/EU brands).

Highly Preferred:

• Proven 3rd party inspection or social compliance audit experience with France-based buyers, brands, and their nominated factories, demonstrating strong understanding of French/EU compliance, quality, and ethical standards.
