QC Specialist

Job description

1. Standards and Material Approval
   : Establishing quality requirements and risk mitigation at the material input stage.
2. Technical & Pre-Production Leadership
   : Leading quality alignment and providing expert solutions to in-process non-conformities.
3. Inline Production Supervision
   : Maintaining rigorous physical inspection protocols across all manufacturing operations.
4. Final Inspection and Approval
   : Conducting comprehensive final quality audits and certifying goods for export release.
5. Reporting and Compliance Monitoring
   : Ensuring the accurate and timely communication of quality data via proprietary corporate systems.

Working Environment and regulations

• A
  diploma or degree
  in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or a closely related field. Alternatively,
  relevant certifications
  in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within the apparel industry would be highly advantageous.
• Proven
  5+ experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA)
  within
  men suit
  industry, ideally working directly in a factory setting.
• Hands-on experience with the
  full production lifecycle
  , including material approval, PP meetings, inline inspection, and final inspection.
• Experience in
  supervising or monitoring factory compliance.
• Technical Garment Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of garment construction, technical measurements, and quality standards.
• Material Science:
  Expert knowledge of fabric and trim types and their corresponding quality inspection methods.
• Production Processes:
  Familiarity with the entire garment production lifecycle, from pre-production (PP) meetings to inline processes and final inspection.
• Customer & Compliance:
  Knowledge of how to interpret and implement customer technical requirements and quality standards
• Skills: Strong Technical, Problem-Solving, Communication & Reporting, Software Proficiency
• English Proficiency

Working Environment and regulations

• Working place: at the factory - Madhabpur Habigonj-3333, Bangladesh.
• Working time: 8:00 – 19:00 from Saturday – Thursday (following the Factory's working time).
