Field Service Supervisor
A person responsible for managing and supervising field service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to customers. Key responsibilities include
Planning & Coordination: Assigning tasks to technicians, painters, cleaners, and helpers, and ensuring proper workflow
Quality Assurance: Inspecting refurbished coolers for technical accuracy, painting finish, and cleanliness before final approval
Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate service reports and submitting them to management.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and penalty avoidance.
Team Support: Providing guidance and resolving operational issues faced by team members
Team Management: Oversee technicians and support staff during on-site service activities.
Service Coordination: Plan and allocate service tasks, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource utilization.
Educational Requirements
Diploma in Engineering
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Need Job Experience in Refrigerator sector
Experience Requirements
3 to 7 year(s)
